Advocate
Advocate Taba holds an LLB degree and has done LLM course law modules. She also studied Electrical Engineering. She was admitted as an advocate of the high court in 2016. She is a member of the National Bar Council of South Africa. She completed her Pupillage in 2018 with Cum Laude.
She has over 19 years experience in employment law. She mainly focuses on alternative dispute resolution. Having started as a labour Inspector in 2004 and staying there for 10 years, in 2014, she became a Part time Commissioner at the CCMA; Private sector bargaining councils and at the Public sector bargaining councils. (SSSBC; MEIBC; GPSSBC; Road freight BC, ELRC & private security BC
Amongst other things, She chairs disciplinary hearings, do mentoring; coaching and offer trainings on labour law related matters.
